Pozo Almonte
South America is the fourth largest continent of the Western Hemisphere. South America is connected to North America by the Isthmus of Panama. It is washed on the north by the Caribbean Sea, on the east by the Atlantic Ocean, and on the west by the Pacific Ocean. Topographically the continent is divided into three sections namely the South American cordillera, the interior lowlands, and the continental shield. Roman Catholicism is the dominant religion and Portuguese and Spanish are the primary languages of the continent.
Pozo Almonte is a city of Chile located in the Province of Iquique, Region of Tarapaca in South America. The city is located at 52 kilometers from the region's capital, Iquique. It has over 10,830 inhabitants. Its surface area is to 13,765.8 kilometers. It has population density of 0.8 habitants per kilometers.
