Quinta Normal

South America is a continent situated in the western hemisphere and, mostly, the southern hemisphere, bordered on the west by the Pacific Ocean and on the north and east by the Atlantic Ocean, North America and the Caribbean Sea lie to the northwest. Chile, officially the Republic of Chile, is a country in South America occupying a long coastal strip between the Andes Mountains and the Pacific Ocean.

Quinta Normal is a municipality or comuna of Chile located on the province of Santiago, Chile's capital and largest city in the Santiago Metropolitan Region, a landlocked administrative region in central Chile. It has a population of 104,012, as of 2002, living within an area of 12.4 square kilometers, possessing an average household income of 18,259 US dollars in PPP, Purchasing Power Parity as of 2000.

The dense Amazon rainforest, the jagged spires of the Andes Mountains, the Tropical beaches and the Towering waterfalls, with this kind of nature all around, it's no wonder why South America have become nearly synonymous with Adventure travel and ecotourism.
