South America is the fourth largest continent of the Western Hemisphere. South America is connected to North America by the Isthmus of Panama. It is washed on the north by the Caribbean Sea, on the east by the Atlantic Ocean, and on the west by the Pacific Ocean. Topographically the continent is divided into three sections namely the South American cordillera, the interior lowlands, and the continental shield. Roman Catholicism is the dominant religion and Portuguese and Spanish are the primary languages of the continent.
 
Presidencia Roque Saenz Pena is one of South America’s most popular destinations, and is well known for the quantity of cultural related attractions and monuments. It is a city in the province of Chaco, Argentina and is the second largest in the province. It is situated almost 170 kilometers away from the west-northwest center of the provincial capital Resistencia, on the main rail and road route across northern Argentina to Salta.
 
Saenz Pena was founded in 1912 and has developed as a commercial and industrial centre serving the surrounding agricultural region of the Gran Chaco plains. As of 2001, the city listed a population of 76,377 inhabitants for the urban area and 88,164 inhabitants for the whole municipality. However, this number has tremendously increased owing to the sharp social and economic growth derivative of the strategic position of the locality and the high level of well-being and quality of life that is enjoyed with respect to other places of South America.
